I needed to “rewrite” the code.
You see, meditation alone works for many aspects of the mind, but emotions can still spill over and hijack our thoughts.
We can actually spend the entire meditation thinking or worrying without being aware that we are doing it!
When I discovered the power of breathwork techniques and started working them into my day, I started to feel the release in my body on an emotional and neurological level, and meditation took on a new, deeper value.
It was a huge turning point for me!
