Retreats are paramount for reset, balance, and evolution. Retreats are different from vacations, as they have the intention to cleanse, surrender, and progress in some way.
In that sense, Covid sent all of us on a “retreat from normal…”
Some of us made huge shifts in well-being, relationships, and like in general. People have been changing routines, diets, creating and breaking relationships, re-evaluating life’s purpose and values.
The other collapsed under the circumstances, which resulted in an obsession with stimulants, aggression, stress, anxiety, depression, constant restless “doing” and desire to stick to the old ways of “normal.” This mentality causes us suffering where:
Suffering = Pain x Resistance
Regardless of where you find yourself on the spectrum, how could you start shifting your experience to include more well-being?
We are still on a “Covid Retreat”, the last part of it, hopefully. Let’s take the most out of this transformative time.
Challenge your “Covid routines,” take on new supportive habits, refine your relationship with self and others, meditate.
Take these last bits of “Covid Retreat” as an invitation to evolve.

“Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.” – Benjamin Franklin
